The EEO Office investigates concerns regarding behavior of employees or third parties surrounding discrimination and harassment involving the protected classes specified in University's Non-Discrimination and Harassment policy.
Complaints under Title IX
Complaints filed involving allegations covered by Title IX are handled in accordance with the University's Title IX & Gender-Based Misconduct Policy and Protocol. For more information on that process, including a copy of the policy, visit the University's Title IX website.
Procedures
Complaints that do not involve allegations under the University's Title IX & Gender-Based Misconduct Policy and Protocol are investigated using the EEO's complaint process. An overview of the EEO Complaint process can be found here. Complaints alleging Anti-Semitism will be investigated using the definition provided by the Ohio Attorney General's Office, available here.
